The Belle Époque or La Belle Époque is our period in Swedish history.
It is a period characterized by distrust for the politicians, war at home and madness at the ballots, new spew of hatred and classism. The hardships and failure in Sweden allowed the arts to flourish, and many masterpieces of literature, music, theater, and visual art gained recognition. Adam Tensta, Silvana Imam, Eboi, Dida and Nebay Meles came together to create their own versions of the swedish popgroup, Kent’s socially critical “La Belle Epoque” which was released earlier this year. This is RMH with their own testimonials about the Sweden we find ourselves in today.
